READING: Read a minimum of 20 minutes each night including weekends. You will need to spend this time to finish the required literature books and books of your choice for book reports. Animal Farm - double entry journals again. When you finish Animal Farm, have your parents sign a log and turn it in 10/12; October's general log is due 10/26.
VOCABULARY AND SPELLING: Unit 7 due Friday 10/12/00. There will be a test 10/12. Basic: communication, announcer, commentary, accent, colleague, apparent, allude, aggressive, immense, illusion, collaborate, appliance, collision, accessory, immaculate, accumulate, allegiance, aggravate, collapse, illuminate. Review: Commercial, acceptable, alliance, appropriate, illegal. Challenge: irrelevant, corroborate, commemorate, alliteration, commiserate. Do: 48-51 (on 51 do not do Write a News Bulletin), and 53.

EXECUTIVE PACKET: The Executive packet is due with the test next week.
